A certified property manager through the Institute of Real Estate Management in Chicago, Allan L. Pashcow has owned and served as managing partner of Town Realty Co, LLC since 1988. Outside his professional pursuits, Allan L. Pashcow supports charitable organizations including the Garden of Dreams Foundation.
Working closely with several Madison Square Garden entities, the Garden of Dreams Foundation empowers young people through educational and personal development programming. In addition to providing scholarships, Garden of Dreams operates an annual talent show that allows young people to showcase their unique abilities. Normally held at Radio City Music Hall, the talent show features more than 100 youth performing in front of family and friends.
In 2020, despite a postponement to the Talent Show, the spirit was kept alive through various virtual performances. For example, The Garden of Dreams Alumni Ensemble performed Andra Day’s Rise Up, and virtual rehearsals benefited from the mentorship of professionals such as Broadway performer Christina Sajous and founding member of Run DMC Darryl “D.M.C.” McDaniels, who provided feedback and encouragement for Talent Show performers.
